Meditate with Ease
Can meditation be full of ease, enjoyable, effortless and something to look forward to?
The answer is: 100% Yes it can!
Just like Strala yoga has taught me how my yoga practise can be done with ease and effortlessness (wu wei), so has Vedic meditation altered the way I meditate.
Benefits of meditation
There is no discussion about the health benefits of meditation, as many studies have shown by now. Things like stress reduction, improved sleep, enhanced focus, anxiety control, just to name a few.
But the key is consistency and practice in order for meditation to deliver all these wonderful benefits – and that’s where things get tricky.
I have struggled for years with this. Using all kinds of techniques and tools like meditation apps with guided meditation, breathing, mindfulness practices and more. I just couldn’t stick to it.
So how to stay on that bandwagon? Enter Vedic meditation. It’s like Strala for your mind and nervous system.
And of course, like Strala yoga, I just want everyone to experience this!

That’s why I’m thrilled to offer it this June in my very own studio, here in Molenhoek, The Netherlands.
Join us for a blissful Vedic meditation course @ Easyinyoga Studio in Molenhoek from 20-23 June if you feel the pull. Over the course of 4 days you will learn to meditate in the Vedic tradition from my own teacher and Strala yoga friend Maddy Gray.
